Buying a painting
Available works are listed with their prices. One can be reserved for two weeks while you decide.

Three or four a year, always of a place with water in it. From a first visit to delivery takes about four months.

Studio visits
Thursdays and Fridays by appointment, for one to six people. The racks are open and coffee is included.

Loans and exhibitions
Paintings travel for institutional shows. Crating, transport and a condition report are arranged from the studio.

Do you ship outside Germany?
Yes. Paintings on linen travel stretched in a wooden crate, and works on board are packed flat. Shipping within the EU usually takes a week; further afield, two to three.
Can I see a painting before buying it?
Yes, in the studio on Thursdays and Fridays. A work can also be reserved for two weeks and, within Germany, sent on approval.
Do the paintings come framed?
Works on board come in a narrow oak tray frame. Works on linen are unframed, with painted edges, and can be hung as they are.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer on invoice. For works above €5,000 the payment can be split over three months.
Do you take commissions?
Three or four a year. They take about four months and always start with a visit to the place.
Are prints available?
Not at the moment. Every work listed here is a single painting.
